Maxcess and RotoMetrics highlighted the benefit of their partnership at Label Congress, which took place September 29-30 in Rosemont, IL, USA.

Product experts were on-hand to discuss the expansion of RotoRepel Rx. Maxcess has unveiled the new product recently across Componex and Webex roll products, including WINertia rollers. Award-winning RotoRepel has already proven to enhance rotary diecutting performance and converting output over the past two years.

In addition to RotoRepel Rx, Maxcess personnel detailed the newest tools developed to enhance customer service. Last year, Maxcess launched its MyMaxcess e-commerce platform. An online portal that can be accessed from a desktop, tablet or mobile phone, MyMaxcess allows customers to view their entire account history, track orders in real-time, view shipment status, and order and re-order parts from its industry-leading brands of Fife, Tidland, MAGPOWR, Webex, Valley Roller, Menges Roller and Componex.

Additionally, the event gave Maxcess a platform to discuss a new software update to its DST-1 Object Recognition Sensor to make setup and material changes faster and more intuitive. Released in 2019, the DST-1 ushered in the next-generation of guiding sensor technology, allowing one sensor to perform the job of many to increase output while reducing scrap, and saving time and money.
